I’m a wife, a mum to four amazing kids, a health and fitness expert, and proudly a work-in-progress. With a background in Financial Services, years devoted to raising a family and now navigating peri-menopause, I’ve faced many of life’s challenges head-on, whilst keeping wellness at the forefront. Through it all, I’ve built knowledge and experience and cultivated a passion for helping others unlock a life filled with vitality, joy, and unwavering confidence. To me, true wellness means feeling strong, vibrant and deeply proud of who you are.
